Configure a PLC Sharp JW device

1.Load the Web Browser of Internet Explorer.
2.Key in the Project Node IP address.
3.Use the Configuration of WebAccess.
4.Click Create or Open a Project.
5.Organize a node of SCADA of the PC that will link to the hardware automation.
6.Arrange a Comport for the Node of SCADA that is a Comport of Serial type.
7.Configure the Data Bit, the Stop Bits, the Parity, and Baud Rate to match those in the PLC. All of the PLCs on this Comport have to use the equal settings. The settings default of memory #226 or #236 = 00000000) are:
Length of Data = 7 bits
Parity = None
Stop Bits = 1
Rate of Transfer = 19200
Address PLC = 01
8.Construct a Device of SharpJW, it determines the Protocol communications or Device Driver with Add Device
9.Use Add Tag to make tags.
10.Choose a Parameter to match the data type to be interpreted such as Digital Input, Digital Output, Analog Input, Analog Output. The data Address have to match the Type of Parameter.
11.Adjust the Address to match the real address.
12.Pertain a name Tag.
13.Edit Tag to allocate Engineering Units, Alarms, Scaling, Description and other features.

Properties of Serial Comport
The Serial Comport is connected with a port of RS422A or RS232C on the Node PC of SCADA (regularly a port of RS232C). This number has to match the real COM1, COM2, etc on the node of SCADA.

Number Comport
The Serial Comport needs the number comport to match that of the material interface such as COM1, COM2, COM3, etc on the Node of SCADA.

Baud Rate
Thr values are from 300 to 38400 baud for the Sharp JW10. The setting default is 19200. This has to match the baud rate organized in the PLC. All PLCs linked to this comport have to use the equal Baud Rate.

Data Bits
The values are 7 or 8 Data Bits for the Sharp JW 10. The setting default is 7 bits. This has to match the data bits number arranged in the PLC. All PLCs related to this comport has to utilize the same data bits number. A characteristic value is 8 bits.

Stop Bits
There can be 1 or 2 Stop Bits for the Sharp JW 10. The setting default is 1 stop bit. This has to match the stop bits number constructed in the PLC. All PLCs linked to this comport has to utilize the equal number of stop bits.

Parity
The Parity can be None, Odd, Even or Disabled for the Sharp JW 10. The setting default is None. This has to match the parity constructed in the PLC. All PLCs associated to this comport has to use the parity.
