Kinetix 6000 Multi-axis Servo Drives Products Features to help you in reducing geometry and install time while adding flexibility to motion applications

Allen Bradley Bulletin 2094 Kinetix 6000 Multi-axis Servo Drives has design of this drive is made programming, wiring, playback and diagnostics faster and easier. It can also help you in reducing geometry and install time while adding flexibility to motion applications. Their drive deals with global voltage requirements.

Kinetix 6000 Multi-axis Servo Drives Product Features

There are many features you can get from Allen Bradley Bulletin 2094 Kinetix® 6000 Multi-axis Servo Drives. Some of them are stated bellow:

a. Input volt: 195 ... 265V AC of three stages and 324 ... AC 528V three-phase
b. Output power -Continually 0.3 ... 3.0 kW
c. Accommodates 1 ... 8 axis power rail
d. It includes six inputs: 2 input inputs, 1 input home, 2 inputs and 1-axis enable ravel input
e. Flexibility towards further design of the device through small size
f. Integrates easily in the LOGIX platform for multi-axis integrated motion

This Kinetix 6000 Multi-axis Servo Drives completed with advanced control capabilities for greater accuracy and productivity to reduce total number of cable connections by simplifying modular design.

1) Built-in multi-turn absolute coding support
2) Supports enhanced configuration - Peak applications that require fast acceleration motion and slow down for a limited time, such as:

• Provides the highest current peak, and potentially drives the axis of power supply modules, reduces the required plate area
• Produces torque up to 250% of rated current continuously for unlimited working cycle

3) Built-in safety features:
Safe Torque Off is adopted for ISO 13849-1 PLE / SIL3, and requires external safety relay to meet EN954-1, Class 3. Prevent push-restart after stumbled safety circuit.

Kinetix 6000 Multi-axis Servo Drives CE Requirements (system without LIM module)

In order to meet CE requirements when your Kinetix 6000 Multi-axis Servo Drives system does not include your LIM module, this condition applies for the best results:

1. Use 2090 electric cables or motor chains to use connector sets and terminate the chassis cable couplings supplied.

2. Install XXLF 2090-XXXX AC line filter for three-phase power input and power control on one stage (for example, Shaverner P / N FN 355-10-05 or Rocksberg P / N RES5F08) as soon as possible to the identity management unit and access.

3. Combined length of the current motor for all KINETIX 6000 axes and hybrids cable length for all DM modules on the same DC bus must not exceed 240 meters (787 feet) with a 400V-class system or 160 meters (525 feet) with a 200V class system, Engine Power cables must not exceed 90 m (295.5 ft).

4. Install 6000 KINETIX system inside the enclosure. Turn the power wire input into the channel (on the floor to the enclosure) outside the cage. Separate signal and electrical cables.

5. Use 2090 cables chain motor feedback or use the connector kits and properly terminate the cable shield feedback. It must not exceed the push-to-drive feedback cable 90 m (295.5 ft).

Conclusion

KINETIX 6000 multi-axis motor drives are designed to give KINETIX integrated motion solution for engine / motor / engine application for you. Typical KINETIX 6000 installations include a three-phase AC configuration system, with and without the Line Interface Module (LIM), and a common DC bus configuration.
