Input 001.06 = ON , Input 001.07 = OFF , Present Value (PV) Counter = 1 and CNT000 = OFF.



How to Work Counter Scan 3 :
Input 001.06 = OFF , Input 001.07 = OFF , Present Value (PV) Counter = 1 and CNT000 = OFF.



How to Work Counter Scan 4 :
