The system of A4 CPU of FX PLC has linked an extensive base unit with two modules:
• A pair master module of fiberoptic/twisted MELSECNET/MINI-S3,
• Output module of AC100-240V 0.6A 32 triac/SSR.
The system of A2 CPU of FX PLC includes the following modules:
• CPU
• Power supply
• Input module of 16 DC 12/24V
• Module of transistor output 16 DC 12/24V, 0.5 A
The 2 controllers are associated with the industrial network of MELSECNET. Furthermore, system depend on A4 CPU has a module of Ethernet, that can be used for data exchange with other computers or controllers with SCADA software. Also, there are 2 PLC systems of “Q” series. The each system configuration is equal and includes modules as following:
• 12/24VDC, 0.5 A, 16 transistor outputs,
• input module of 16 12/24VDC
• network master/local module of CC-Link
• power supply
• Central Processing Unit
• twisted pair connector RJ-45, 100 Mbit of Ethernet module
Moreover there are circulated I/O modules:
• 24VDC with two CC-Link 8 inputs modules,
• 12/24VDC, 0.1 A with modules of two CC-Link 8 transistor outputs
The two “Q” systems are associated via network of CC-Link. The initial controller is a master station, and the other is a slave. Systems can correspond with each other and with circulated modules of input/output throughout a fast field network. CC-Link network has the stand-by master capability, advanced monitoring functions and automatic reconfiguration after slave failure/return. Currently the network of CC-Link is in the construction phase and testing. Newly the Institute complied to CC-Link Partner Association (CLPA) as a regular member. This offers a possibility to find admission to a great information database and rapid development of the network of CC-Link in the future. The arrangements for the future consist of the development of network of CC-Link, link with other PLC equipments throughout industrial networks.
