Schneider Trio License-free Radios is part of advanced products of Schneider Electric. Recently, Schneider Electric offers two models of versatile and flexible frequency-hopping Ethernet and Serial Data Radios that operates in the license-free 900 MHz and 2.4 GHz band. Both of license-free radios designed for applications in wide-range of industries to build reliable and secure remote data communication, flexible radio system design, and optimal performance yet cutting-cost solution of operating wireless radio network.
The Schneider Electric Ethernet remote radios are applicable in various fields including oil and gas, water and wastewater, power, agriculture, mining & minerals, petro-chemical production, building automation & security and many other more.
There are available two models Schneider Trio License-free Radios to choose from the range of the Schneider license-free radios. They are the Trio J-Series Ethernet Radio and the K-Series Serial Remote Radios.
There are numbers of key features come with the Trio J-Series frequency-hopping Ethernet radio including compact and rugged alloy housing that ensures for its longevity, flexible 900 MHz range with various data speed transfer, embedded RS-232 serial support, MAC address based filtering, dual independent Ethernet ports, dual industry-standard TNC antenna connectors, etc.
The models is suitable for the Class 1, Div 2 Groups A, B, C & D hazardous approval industries environments like in oil and gas telemetry & remote SCADA (applications: extraction, processing, transmission, distributions, and production / location: downstream, offshore, onshore, upstream), in the potable water industries, substation distribution automation in the electricity factory and many more.
K-Series supports for various industrial environments and suited for wide range of applications. It already meet the safety approval in the Class 1, Div 2, Groups A, B, C & D.

Schneider Trio J-Series Frequency-hopping Ethernet Radio for the most demanding point-to-point wireless SCADA
For the most demanding point-to-point wireless SCADA, point-to-Multipoint, and Telemetry applications, the J-Series frequency-hopping Ethernet radio is the best solution of industrial Ethernet communications. It operates in the license-free 900 MHz and 2.4 GHz ISM bands. The Trio J-series Ethernet remote radio has already built-in with LinkXtend netwowk bridging and high-speed KwikStream repeater for the most demanding requirements. The availability of dual Ethernet ports and remote diagnostic compatibility makes the Trio J-Series frequency-hopping Ethernet radio is very versatile. Yet the SmartPath reduces the network from the interruption to the SCADA data flow.

Schneider K-Series Frequency-hopping Spread-Spectrum Data Radios for the most reliable and secures serial data communication
Trio K-Series is the frequency-hopping spread-spectrum data radios. This is for the most reliable and secures serial data communication in the license-free 900 MHz and 2.4 GHz ISM bands. The K-series also features LinkXtend bridging for single radio store and forward. Ensuring the SCADA messages spontaneous, it has already fitted with ChannelShare collision avoidance. The K-series is suitable for most industry standard data protocols such as DNP3, Modbus, and IEC870-5-101. It ensures the data simultaneousness through the MultiStream feature. This is allowing for multiple vendor devices or protocols transported on the single practical radio network.K-Series supports for various industrial environments and suited for wide range of applications. It already meet the safety approval in the Class 1, Div 2, Groups A, B, C & D.
