Allen Bradley Bulletin 2093 Kinetix 2000 Low-power Multi-axis Servo Drives spanning the benefits of KINETIX integrated motion control applications for low power movement. Multi-axis servo drives help you save time and money from initial wiring, process programming and diagnostics with specification as below:
  1. The drive length combination of the power cable for all axes should not exceed the same 160 m (525 ft) DC bus with 230V systems. Drive to the motor Power cables must not exceed 30 meters (98.5 feet).
  2. Use 2090-series electric cable motors or use connector kits.
  3. Install the AC line filter (2090-XXLF-XXXX) closer to the integrated hub module (IAM) possible. 
  4. Install the KINETIX 2000 system inside the enclosure. Turn the power wire input into the channel (on the floor to the enclosure) outside the cage. Separate signal and electrical cables.
  5. Use 2090 cables chain motor feedback or use the connector kits and properly terminate the cable shield feedback. It must not exceed the push-to-drive cable feedback 30 meters (98.5 feet).
